Reins to Recovery, Inc. was founded in March 2008 by Calli Ahrmann, as a Non-Profit corporation. The purpose of the organization is to promote physical, psychological and social wellbeing of persons with disabilities through their interaction with a therapeutic team consisting of a horse, an instructor, and Volunteers. Reins To Recovery, Inc. will also provide equine assisted programs for children and adults who have been victims of violence or abuse and for youth at risk.

Bree is a 15.1 HH old Liver Chestnut Quarter Horse mare. She loves to hang back and wait to be approached. Loves massages and grooming. She is very sweet and is energetic. Started at Reins in 2015 and is owned by Reins.
Dalton is a 15.1 HH blood bay gelding Foundation Quarter Horse who has been there done that. He is laid back, and will do anything asked of him. He is great for teaching trust. He is the King of the herd. He started at Reins in 2013 and is owned by Barbara Phelps
Ginger is a 14.1 HH Halflinger Mare. She is solid as a rock, slow and steady so she is great for unbalanced riders. She is tolerant and sweet natured and the hair diva of the barn. She rides and drives and has represented Reins in the Octoberfest parade many times. She started at reins in 2008 (she took a two year break then returned) and is owned by Barbara Phleps
Lil Joe is a 14.3 HH black/white gelding Paint. He loves to play! He is also known as the class clown. Originally a rescue and blind in right eye. He loves people! He started at Reins in 2008 and is owned by Reins
Nemo is a 15 HH bay Morgan cross gelding. He is the little love bug of the barn. Loves to comfort others. Loves bananas and playing. Very Narrow so he is perfect for riders with range of motion difficulties. He started at Reins in 2017 and is owned by Angela Baker
Sid is a 14.2 HH Halflinger gelding. He is slightly smaller in body size than Ginger but is very energetic and playful. He is very sensitive and sweet and loves to play! He also rides and drives. He started at Reins in 2014 and is owned by Barbara Phelps
Gordon is a 36 inch tall silver bay roan miniature gelding. He is perfect for small riders. He loves attention and loves to travel for therapy. Participates in Oktoberfest parade and is King of the mini herd. Started at Reins in 2013 and is owned by Reins.
Rudi is a 36 inch tall brown/white miniature paint gelding. He is spunky with a little bit of attitude. Very playful and loves attention and loves to be groomed. Has participated in the Oktoberfest parade with his other mini brothers. He started at Reins in 2015 and is owned by Reins
Ryker is a 32 inch tall bay miniature paint gelding. Very sweet but shy. Perfect for ground work and exercises that works on trust. The hair diva of the minis, he has tons of hair. He also participates in the Oktoberfest parade. He started at Reins in 2015 and is owned by Reins
